How Our Maintenance Plans Work
1. Automatic scheduling
Once enrolled, exterior window cleanings are automatically scheduled based on your plan (monthly, quarterly, or bi-annual).
2. Exterior is standard. Add-ons by request
Exterior window cleaning is the standard service.
Interior window cleaning and other services are available by request and scheduled in advance.
3. No need to be home
Exterior services are completed as scheduled whether you are home or not.
4. Service timing
Services are completed within a 10-day window to allow for weather and routing.
You’ll receive advance notice and confirmation of the service date.
5. Billing
A card on file is required.
Billing occurs after service is completed, unless you choose to pay in person.
6. Simple maintenance
Maintenance plans provide automatic scheduling, preferred pricing, and priority service.
