Pay, Bonuses & Schedule

$24–$27/hour starting pay
Daily performance bonuses
End-of-season bonus of ~$1,500 value( ski pass, new gear or travel accommodations... your choice )
Paid training
Flexible schedule

The Work

This is hands-on, outdoor work in real conditions:

You will work on ladders and at height.
You will clean and detail residential and commercial windows.
You will move deliberately and safely through job sites.
You will interact professionally with high-end clients.
You will take responsibility for quality and presentation.

You’ll be on your feet, exposed to sun, wind, heat, and cold.
